We journeyed out of school to the Ellesmere Port Boat Museum.  We had lots of fun and lots of learning in our workshops today including:

Year 5 visited the National Waterways Museum to take part in a STEAM Festival. Pupils took part in several workshops including being crime scene detectives, building sprites for a game and then creating their own ideas for drones.

In Design and Technology Year 3 have been using their coding skills to create a safety device that can be seen in the dark.

This past week in D&T year 5 have been hard at working making their own pop up books. Well done Year 5!

Year 3 have been learning all about pneumatics and how compressed air can move large objects in the real world, but for now opening a fabulous dragon mouth will suffice.
