Y6 Birkenhead Park
A great visit to the historic Birkenhead Park - established in 1847.
It served as great inspiration for our forthcoming 'playground making' project for Design and Technology!

Y4 DT - Inclined Car
This week, in Design Technology, children have followed instructions to create a simple car chassis. They use measuring tapes to measure how far their car travelled down an inclined plane.

Year 5's Jack and Jill Pop Up Book
Year 5 have been working hard to create amazing pop-up books based on the classic nursery rhyme "Jack and Jill." Using hinges, they brought the story to life with impressive 3D effects that wowed everyone.
Y6 Waistcoats
In Design and Technology, we have been designing, assembling and decorating waistcoats.
We have used 'running stitches' and, in some cases, 'back stitches' to join the material at the seams.

Does it light up?
Year 4 have been exploring electrical circuits. All the children were given different components (wires, cells, bulbs and buzzers) and were asked to create as many different working circuits as possible.
Lantern Parade 2024
Children in Year 4 took part in the Ellesmere Port Lantern Parade and Christmas Tree Light Switch On tonight.

The children have spent the day building lanterns ready for the Ellesmere Port Lantern Parade and Christmas Tree Switch on.
