Year 4 have been exploring electrical circuits.  All the children were given different components (wires, cells, bulbs and buzzers) and were asked to create as many different working circuits as possible.

Year 5 Urenco Workshop

This morning, Year 5 had Sarah from URENCO visit us. Sarah gave the class a separating materials workshop.

Building circuits with Y6!

The Year 6 children were challenged to build 'complete circuits' to light up bulbs and to sound buzzers when we turned the switch on.

We then considered how the brightness of the bulb would be effected by making different changes to the circuit.
