Here Come the Romans - Musical Motifs

Mathematics in Ancient Greece

Children in Year 4 have been exploring the work of the Ancient Greek mathematician, Euler.

Euler helped discover the 5 Platonic shapes.  The children worked in groups to test his formula of Number of Faces + Number of Vertices - Number of Edges = 2.
