Geography field trip
Last term we visited the brook of Brookside!
The brook has been here since before the oldest Ordnance survey maps existed.
It is now partially covered by housing estates as it flows to the Mersey.
Year 1 Geography
We have been looking at birds eye view maps. We created maps of our classroom.
Y5 - Where are the Alps?
This afternoon, Year 5 used atlases to locate the 8 countries, the mountain range, the Alps are spread across. Great work Year 5!

Rainforest Inspired Art
Children have been inspired by the work of William Morris to design and create a rainforest print.
The children learnt how to batik fabric.
Year 3 Geography
Year 3 undertook some field work in Chester last week to understand how the river is used in the middle part of its journey towards the sea.
Year 5 Exploring Australia's trade routes and The Great Barrier Reef
