In year 1 we have been observing how we grow and change over time. 

Thanks to all the reindeers for raising money!

In Year 5 this afternoon, we looked at how we should cite websites in our work.

We learned about plagiarism, sources, and bibliographies.  We learned why it's important to cite where we have got our information from and when.

Well done Year 5!

Year 2 enjoyed exploring the Nativity story at Hope Farm Church last week.

Knowledge: to understand its importance to Christians at Christmas time.

Year 2 have been exploring  the concept of secrets and surprises.

Knowledge: to discuss the difference between a secret and a surprise

Skills: to identify different feelings when I know a secret and have a surprise

Vocab: excited, surprised, disgusted

Year 3 have learned all about the power of air.

We have been revising our knowledge of multiplication and division facts using arrays. 

Year 4 have been exploring electrical circuits.  All the children were given different components (wires, cells, bulbs and buzzers) and were asked to create as many different working circuits as possible.
