In history this week, Year 6 have focussed on "Why did Britain go to war in 1939?"
We looked at all of the causes and effects which led to the beginning of the war.
We have also analysed the 'Battle of Britain'. We have discussed the phases of the battle, compared the relative strengths of the RAF to the Luftwaffe and considered the feelings of the aircrew.
